Sara is a registered kinesiologist, with the Alberta Kinesiologist Association and a recognized Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. She has worked with chronic pain, rehabilitation, general population and professional athletes over the years.
Among her services are active rehabilitation, serious illness rehabilitation, injury prevention, fitness conditioning for weight loss, cardiovascular training, and muscular development. Sara also performs various assessments including postural evaluation and education, musculoskeletal assessments, gait assessment, functional assessment evaluation, and work site assessments.
