Jessica Friesen is a Registered Psychologist dedicated to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, safety, and collaboration. Guided by the words of Carl Rogers, Jessica believes in the transformative power of a relationship built on empathy and respect. She works with each client to co-create a space where personal growth, self-discovery, and positive change can occur. With a compassionate approach and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for healing, Jessica supports individuals as they navigate life’s complexities with clarity and resilience.
Jessica supports clients aged 10 and up, including teens, adults, and couples. Her background in education helps her connect with a broad range of clients. She addresses concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions. She also works with Adult ADHD, learning disorders, OCD, chronic pain, parenting, trauma, attachment issues, and later-life challenges. Jessica is especially attuned to reproductive health concerns like postpartum changes, perimenopause, and conditions such as endometriosis and PCOS.
Jessica uses evidence-based therapies tailored to client needs, including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and EFT. She integrates attachment-based work, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients build resilience, emotional awareness, and stronger relationships. Committed to ongoing learning, she ensures her practice remains current and client-centered.

Outside of therapy, Jessica is a mother of four, writer of three published books, and avid walker with her dogs. Her creative spirit and background in both psychology and education enable her to connect meaningfully with clients. She brings calm, compassion, and curiosity to every session, helping clients feel truly supported.
