Lule is a compassionate witness and empathic listener who has been privileged to walk along side people from all over the world, social, cultural, religious and spiritual backgrounds. She has spent the last fourteen years working with individual adults, couples and families with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, spiritual abuse, relationship breakdown, life transition challenges, marginalized people who wrestle with and interested in exploring faith journey.
Lule uses an eclectic approach to therapy informed by cognitive behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Sensorimotor psychotherapy and uses neuroscience to provide insight and work with natural bodily responses. With the intention of customizing the session to meet individual needs and meeting people where they are at. Respecting and believing in their wisdom, she works toward providing insight into people’s experiences and the impact on who they have become. She uses an overall focus on relationship building and strength-based approach to foster connection and facilitate healing.

Lule is a warm-hearted introvert who thrives in one-on-one connections. She is a devoted mother, loving wife, and loyal friend. Rooted in her Christian faith, she deeply values authenticity, grace, and compassion, and finds joy in quality time with family and loved ones. A curious cook who enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, she is also a visual learner who finds inspiration in movies and training videos. Her personal journey as a Black female immigrant navigating settlement and professional pathways in Canada has given her rich insight, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths that shape the lives of others.
