Jennifer Berrow is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who supports children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. With over five years of experience in mental health settings, she works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and low self-esteem. Jennifer also offers neuro-affirming psychoeducational and ADHD assessments for children (ages 6-16) and with a waitlist for autism assessments opening in July 2026. She provides both in-person and virtual sessions to ensure accessible and flexible care.
Jennifer helps clients better understand themselves while building practical tools to manage emotional and psychological challenges. She has a particular focus on supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns, guiding them toward increased confidence and emotional balance. Jennifer also works with grief, trauma, and codependency, offering a supportive space to process difficult experiences and move forward in a meaningful way. Through both counselling and assessments, she helps clients gain insight into their strengths, challenges, and unique ways of engaging with the world.
Jennifer takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach that helps clients uncover their resilience and move toward meaningful change. She integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy. These approaches allow her to tailor sessions to each individual, whether they are working through anxiety, low mood, identity exploration, or life transitions.
In addition to therapy, Jennifer provides neuro-affirming assessments designed to help individuals better understand their cognitive and emotional profiles, offering clarity, validation, and direction for next steps.
