Jaimee is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and has extensive experience in the field of mental health.
Jaimee gravitates towards working with adults who are dealing with various stressors and problems, such as anxiety, trauma (PTSD), depression, emotion regulation, trauma, stress, poor self-esteem and confidence, work concerns, chronic health concerns, and brain injuries.

During her time at the Calgary Counselling Centre, she had the opportunity to work with all kinds of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), self esteem issues, personality disorders, OCD, stress, grief, work concerns, and more.
Jaimee has specialized training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE) Treatment for PTSD. Jaimee also utilizes mindfulness approaches where applicable to help clients get connected to their present self. She is especially trained in dialectical behaviour therapy having worked at the only certified/Linehan board recognized DBT program in all of Canada. She also spent over a year facilitating a 24-week DBT skills group and mindfulness meditation group at Inner Solutions.
Outside of her clinical work, Jaimee enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends, being outdoors, kayaking and canoeing our great waters, trying different foods, writing poetry, playing piano, and spending as much time with the family dogs, Cooper, Kain, and Marley.
