Dr. Kaur is a registered psychologist with College of Alberta Psychologists and a member with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. She is trained in the provision of individual, couple, and family therapy.

She has years of experience providing trauma-based counselling to first responders including veterans, police, firefighters and paramedics.
Dr. Kaur often uses psycho educational materials to enhance her work with clients and believe that a strong therapeutic alliance can contribute to success in therapy. She believes that it is important to not only support her clients to manage their symptoms and address core issues, but also empower them to take charge of their own lives by committing to the therapeutic process and recognizing their strengths.
