Tina has over ten years experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, poor self-esteem, trauma, anger, grief, codependence, and illness adjustment. She has counselled for the Workers Compensation Board since 2019 and has extensive experience helping those struggling to return to work or who have experienced a life altering, work related accident. She also has experience helping those with crime related injuries.
Tina is a highly experienced Registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience treating adults struggling with a range of mental health challenges. She has worked extensively with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, anger issues, grief, codependency, and difficulties adjusting to illness.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys nature and can be found walking her dogs down country roads or sitting on her deck admiring the many birds and deer that visit daily. She loves to laugh, listen to music, and garden.
