Professional Counselling (12+), Psycho-Ed Assessments (Children and Adults), Adult ADHD Assessments, Adult Personality Assessments
Hi! My name is Olamide. I have been passionate about supporting individuals in their mental health journeys for over a decade. During this time, I have gained experience helping those facing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, trauma, PTSD, self-regulation difficulties, grief, loss, and much more. I am also trained to perform professional psycho-educational assessments for children K-12.
I would love to introduce myself and talk to you about how we can work together to improve your situation. Book a free 15 minute consultation.
Whether you are coping with life transitions, past trauma, relationship issues, or other concerns, Olamide provides a compassionate space for them to gain insight, enhance their coping skills, and work toward lasting change. His goal is to help each person uncover their inner strengths and lead a more fulfilling life.
Since everyone is unique, a therapeutic journey should reflect this, therefore when working with clients, Olamide employs the eclectic approach and utilizes strategies from a combination of treatment modalities. Eventhough he leans more toward client-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy, he also ensures each client is fully catered for depending on their needs.
