Cassia has a history of working with teens, adults, and couples who struggle with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues, self-identity and cultural identity issues, life transitions, and more.

Cassia uses evidence-based approaches that are tailored to the needs of each individual client, values feedback, and walks with clients in building the skills necessary to make lasting positive changes and live authentically as their best selves.
