Gavin is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, Supporting clients in Calgary, Airdrie, and Virtually. He uses a direct and non-judgmental approach to therapy that incorporates a variety of techniques from different therapeutic modalities.
Gavin has experience helping adults and adolescents navigate various life experiences including healing from trauma and PTSD; processing grief and loss; navigating and thriving with ADHD, OCD, depression, and anxiety; managing stress and burnout; and addressing behavioural concerns. Gavin also has experience working with couples to address various relationship issues, improve communication, and build stronger connection.
