Alyssa is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, and a member of the Psychological Association of Alberta. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology, and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. Alyssa has over 10 years of experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, stress, worry, and self-esteem.

She has experience in treating individuals with depression, anxiety disorders, work issues, grief and loss as well as issues related to self-esteem and body image.
In her professional practice Alyssa offers counselling services to adolescents & adults employing an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each individuals needs. Alyssa will draw on various therapeutic techniques including CBT, emotion focused, solution focused, strength based, and Mindfulness practices.

In her personal life Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, raising her daughter, her cats, & spending time with her husband, spending time in nature and doing hot yoga.
